Overview
GAPScore shows a property's green potential instantly. A homeowner snaps or uploads a few photos of their home, roof, or land; an AI vision model reviews the images and scores their green-energy potential across six GAPScore categories (land, energy, and more), returning a tiered overall score.
A built-in chat assistant lets users ask about the results — it explains the scan (e.g. "above-average green features, with specific areas to improve") and recommends concrete next steps such as solar-PV siting, insulation and HVAC upgrades, water-conservation measures, and EV-charging readiness. A full property survey produces the official blended score, alongside training and report-document workflows.
